I haven’t purchased one of these Apple devices, but is pretty sure that will change really the World’s of mouse peripherals.
Apple’s Bluetooth Mighty Mouse comes with a touch-sensitive technology for the right and left click buttons and has 360-degree scrolling possibility through its Scroll Ball.

With built-in Bluetooth® wireless technology for connectivity up to approximately 30 feet, Laser-guided Precision, and AA Battery (included).
According to lifeofram.com this device uses less power when the mouse is moving (!), i.e. when the LED is off (~.0285 Amps) versus when it is not moving and the LED is on (~.0450 Amps).
