5 Ways To Make Passive Income On Your Website
I’m really sorry I’ve been a bit busy over the yesterday and I wasn’t really in the mood to blog.
Today I am getting my readers to know the different forms of revenue.
So, I decided to list the good’s and bad’s along with companies who provide the services.
Affiliates programs
An affiliate program is a form of advertising where a Web advertiser
inscribe webmasters to place the merchant’s banner ads or buttons on their own Web site.
If a site owner signs up for AzoogleAds, he will receive
ad banners from AzoogleAds that he can put anywhere on his site.
Good: Unlimited Income Potential.
Bad: Most people do not trust Affiliate companies to pay out.
Affiliates programs services: AzoogleAds, CPA Empire, Commission Junction, Max Bounty, XY7,
share a sale, performics , linkshare.
Contextual
Depending on what market you are in there can be a huge markup for Contextual advertising.
I have had good success with Contextual like Adsense and Chitika.
Some guru making $10,000 a day and be on the road to $300000 a month.
But then what happens when you dip down to 3000$ a day.
It was the changing market or or was it that change you made 2 weeks ago in the
global header that is drawing less paying ads.
Good: You must only apply your code onto your blog.
Bad: It’s hard for a site to start with contextual ads because is you have little control over
who’s advertising on your site, and you could very easily have competitors’
advertising on your homepage.
Contextual advertising: Google Adsense, Adbrite, Yahoo Publisher Network, Chitika.
Donations
When I’ve put up a donation button I was totally stupefied at the response that
it has gotten over the month. In donations alone I have
been able to cover all of my server costs and then some.
Physical Goods
Deutsche Bank says 80% of online payments in Germany are for physical goods.
Depending on what market you are in there can be a huge markup for physical goods.
For example an interesting business is that of cellular data cables.
You can sell these data cables for 20-30$( depending on what model).
Subscriptions
There are many sites which offer subscriptions and almost all of
them are donationware or contributionware.
This is what I feel can be my stable income.
Recently I am testing my subscription to see
if it will pass my contextual advertising.
Anyway, which form of revenue you love or hate? Let me know what you think.
