You already know that ad unit placed above the fold tend to get the most clicks. Besides this, if the page not be optimized for certain keywords, you can’t says which ads going to show up. So this can be the ads killer on your blog.
One of the most important things I have learned was been to change my content in some different keywords. Getting ads ranked for certain keywords is one of the best ways to focus your ads or you could just be throwing your ad dollars down the drain.
I really like all the tools that Google offers to myself, and Google Adsense preview tool is one of this.
The Google AdSense preview tool is an addition to the right-click menu for Windows Internet Explorer 6.x, allowing you to preview the ads that may show on any web page. With just a few clicks, you can see what ads may appear on your new web pages, or make an educated decision on whether to add AdSense to your existing site pages.
Unfortunately it can play only with internet explorer and must be open the page before to get the results. But that apparently wasn’t enough to my appetite. So I’ve been taking another look at another competitor.
I try Amit Agarwal’s Google Adsense Sandbox. This tool could be the next best thing for those who wish to see the result in every different format of Adsense unit.
