It’s officially: Firefox Surpass 400 Million Downloads In Only Three Years

According to report made by TechCrunch that has examined trends in the way readers through Google Analytics, Firefox has been the browser more downloaded in the planet, around 50% of TechCrunch readers use Firefox, Internet Explorer is second with 40% and Safari with 6.6%.

In less than three years, Firefox has been downloaded 400 million times since v 1.0 launched. It’s increasing from year to year the number of peoples that use their browser, only after six months they had 50 million downloads. 100 million after a year, and 200 million after two years.

Actually there are up to 120 million people that uses Firefox on their computer as alternative to I.E.
