While there are many ways you can build up and make a blog profitable, I think some programs do apply for all types of blogs, but they depends from their niche or focus. However, if you want proof that the advertising programs industry is growing, I discovered yet another way to make cash with affiliate programs: AdToll .
AdToll is a new ad network launched by two brothers, Dan and Paul Rucci of Perth, Western Australia. It provides the ability for you to sell banner ads in a plethora of sizes and video ads. All that is needed from you is a website and the ability to alter the HTML.

Earning
AdToll you earn money each time someone clicks on a Ads on your site, also called cost-per-click(CPC) or through RON(Run of Network). The difference between CPC and RON, is that a RON ad allows you to advertise across their entire range of publisher sites priced in cents per valid click.
When I’m on the lookout for an affiliate program, the first thing I look for is the commission. Many bloggers were surprised to find out that AdToll offers a very generous 75% revenue share instead that take 50% or more of the publisher’s advertising revenue. While I like their generous 75% of commission, the free domain not be liked from them. However Publishers also have a great amount of control on how the advertisements can be appears.
Ad Toll Interface

The AdToll interface is well designed and gets no special criticism from me. Layout and navigation are impressively and uncluttered. You are given some degree of control over how you can customize the intere ads look (size and link colors).

CPC And RON
High performing sites are featured on the AdToll home page. While you’re waiting for a sale to come in, you are can show run of Network (RON) advertisements. With AdToll you can to set your RON. By default you have a weight of 0%. It means your ad will appears only when there are no Sponsored Ads or RON ads available. A weight of 100% means your default ad will always be displayed over RON ads.
PayPal And Account Credit
AdToll offers payment by check, PayPal or wire/bank transfer.
Advertisers
If you are an AdToll advertiser as well as a publisher, you can choose to have the income earned transferred to your AdToll Account Credit to buy ads from other publishers. The minimum payment is $20 for PayPal, $40 for check and $1,000 for wire. Payments to your AdToll Account Credit have no minimum.
Conclusion
I have no way of testing it, but I think AdTell complements Adsense pretty well and can be an additional and effective way of monetizing your website.
