BlogMetrics Wordpress Plugin: For Measuring Your Success
Amazing many things are made every day for Wordpress. BlogMetrics is a WP plugin that shows a summary of your blog’s stats. So, I thought it would be interesting to talk about it.
How Does To Install It
All you have to do is going on joost website and download the plugin(File size 3.50KB). Once upload the plugin on your directory you’ll be ready to check out your stats. Well, almost. Before, you must going on your wordpress control panel and activate the plugin.
Finally, you have available your stats for analyzing the performance of your blog. On your dashboard You can notice a submenu called BlogMetrics. In this page BlogMetrics shows a large number of stats as:
- Number of post per month
- Number of words per post
- Number of comments per post
- Number of words used in comments to posts.
But the real news here is not so much the large number of stats availables, but the fact that you can analyze more stats simultaneously. If your blog includes more than one author, the plugin also shows other separate stats. Below you can display the plugin in action on Shoemoney blog.
One of best free wordpress plugin per stats I’ve seen yet. This plugin could be the next best thing for people that want to see the performance of each author.
I suggest to use this plugin especially for sites where many authors contributing to the blog. Congratulation Joost de Valk, I’m sure more bloggers will be coming out with BlogMetrics in the days ahead.
