Keep your landing page simple. Your aims is to drive everything your target traffic on the landing page. keep everything looking as simple as possible or become it harder for a user to find something of interest to them.
Create an ‘Affiliate Information Page’
Both affiliate directories (more about them later) and potential affiliates need to be able to access pages detailing your program. If your using one of the affiliate networks it’s generally not enough to just supply the directories with your co-branded sign-up page at the network. Create your own affiliate information page and include the following data:
- Write a description of your service or product.
- Make available your commission.
- Make available payment terms.
- Include a link to your home page and privacy policy.
Develop Good Communication Skills. All written communications should be short and concise. Be aware of what your service offers. A good communication skills begin with simple communication. Take time each day and when you are aware of what you believe on a certain topic, you can better convey those thoughts to others.
Organization. With the massive amount of Email that we receive, it is important to learn how to keep things organized. A lost message can easily cost you a sale, and it is the same with your affiliates.
