I usually look for information about a certain product before I choose on selling it, in order to see if it’s expensive or not. For example, whether I’m selling stuff I’ll usually visit websites like paypal store.

Site visitor demographics. Certain advertisers with location-specific offers/products prefer that your traffic comes of visitors from a specific location or demographic. For instance, car selling beauty for men prefer on buying ads with websites that have a strong male demographic profile.

Size & Type of Ad. Visibility can influence ad rates. Does the advertiser want a banners and text links? Does the advertiser want a 125 x 125 button or a 120 x 90? Do you want place your ad or link on the sitewide or a single page.
