6 Ways To Increasing Passive Income
Passive income is a very familiar term that used many times to describe online income streams - including blogging. The potential of selling a product through affiliate programs is very strong. Whatever the case, more and more bloggers are trying to selling new products in order to make serious money.
Unfortunately many bloggers are not familiar with product launch principles. I do not like use the term passive income to describe blogging for income. The overall experience that I’ve had is anything but passive, but is made of hard work.
1.Write, Write, Write - Increasing posting frequency can help grow your blog and as your blog appears in front of subscribers. But not enough!
I came to write for almost 3 years and to date I’ve published over 10,000 posts across my own blogs, and I can say that the most important factors which contribute to sell my products are producing useful, quality, well thought out and interesting content. If your goal is 7 posts a week I generally would say to post around 3 quality(min) posts in a weeks.
2. Design - One of the ways for you to make money online is to create a webpage that will convert very well on an affiliate offer. Sometimes be much more effective to have landing page with a simply design.
3. Pell Away ads gain in visibility - I’m sure by now many readers have noticed the new Peel Away Ads running at the upper right hand corner of many blogs. The product in question is a script that makes the blog look like a paper page(look image below) and the ad is revealed when you “peel away” the page. E oh yeah, I forgot to tell you that I also sold very well with it.
4. Search engine optimization - I realized rather quickly I had been terribly short sighted on the importance of seo for. Learn some single SEO secret and how it can get you on the 1st page of google is extremely important.
You must getting page ranked for certains keywords in Google search result. Once, someone search one product, it will be sent into your landing page(in this case will be one single page of your website). One of the best ways to do this is by making posts with specific titles that will help your search engine optimization activities.
5. Be constant - Traditional wisdom says you shouldn’t be inactive, because you might have a decreasing income over time. In my experience, is true. You need to be always active. Some of my site have had a decrease of their potential when I have neglected them for more than 4 weeks.
6. Monitoring metrics - Examines trends of your customers. Analyzing where your visitors come from, where they go, number of click etc. and keeping track of your progress.
