Affiliate marketing programs are one of the best ways to generate a strong revenue stream. For companies there’s nothing easier than getting other people to promote their services or products for them.

I have had a lot of experience with this form of programs by using web affiliate programs like Pepperjam or Clickbank. Recently I rediscovered Amazon affiliate program because there was an important change on their system.

When I started with Amazon affiliate programs I noticed how it’s was been very difficult to create simple text links to specific products in the Amazon catalog. For instance, I was trying one of my favorite books titled “Professional Search Engine Optimization with PHP: A Developer’s Guide to SEO“, and I spent a lot time first to find an affiliate link.

I’m sure by now many readers have noticed the new toolbar running at the Amazone website. The new Amazon toolbar may be able to give you a significant leg up on find affiliate link in the Amazon catalog. Amazon toolbar is very simple to use and elegantly and encourage you to add affiliate links more frequently in order to increase the chance to make money online.

Once you’re surfing the site, you need to log into the Amazon account. In the display settings you must turn on site trip. More probably you still won’t see the site toolbar because is hidden, then:

1. click on the left button under the Amazon logo and the bar appears automatically.
2. Once you are on your favorite book page, then click on the “link to the page” button on the top left.
