How To Add Some Content To Your eBay Affiliate Store
While in part 3 of the Niche Store Series I talked how to customize your eBay affiliate store with Build A Niche Store, in order to make it unique by making a few minor modifications. This part 4 want be much about something of more important and go beyond mere installation and looks.
Now, one of the things that make our store different from others out there, is to create content for each product you want to sell.
You need to add unique content, titles and H1 tags to each and every page. The way you want to do things is that to offer something to your visitors.
At this point you could ask: visitors can always go to eBay instead your Niche Store. It’s true, but in my view, if you add titles, H1 tags and a couple of paragraphs of content, you give unique information that they can really use.
Usually, this is one of the most overlooked things when people opens a BANS store.
In this example I’m going to start with the first store page on the site entitled Apple Components and modify the title(Apple Components For Sale), meta keywords(Apple Components for sale, Cheap Apple Components For Sale, Components for sale) and description(buy Apple Components) and add a couple paragraphs of content.
You have already title, keywords, and a brief description put in place for you but you can change this to fit your products more closely.
Once you add your meta tags, you can add some unique contents to the bans store. If initially you are unsure what to put in the title, keywords and description you can leave the default tags and start being indexed with that value. I set any info about products in order to help visitor find their type of products.
I start with an H1 tag at the top of content as the title of my contents. Usually, when I don’t have certain words in my vocabulary, then I use Wikipedia page as help in order I can put down a few bit of information on a specific product and write some short paragraphs. That’s it!
In the next bans tutorial I will tell you how to getting links in order to start getting more visibility.
