Why The Truth Is Important To Have Success In Internet Marketing

Anyone, from your boss or your employees to your spouse want one thing from you….the truth. Telling the truth is one of the most effective way to get attention and persuasion from your potential customers.

Getting trust on brands are the first step to be credible when you sell your product or service. Especially these days, with people afraid of being lied to and betrayed.

Remember that consumers appreciate the truth. One of the way is that to tell the truth in a way that reflects real life. For example by telling a story. People follow the story because give them the real proof of what want purchase.

If you start by telling lies reduces radically landing page conversion because potential customers find that your landing page is not credibly and believe it’s a bad copy of the real setup product page.

Usually, there are some technique you can use to bring visitors towards purchasing a product they might otherwise not know, yet. In my view, it’s crucial that promises made when you trying to sell something are satisfied.

For instance: You’re selling a software and tell customers that it’s free to download. The ad attract a lot of traffic because people are looking for that particular product, but more probably the landing page conversion rate could be pretty dismal because site visitors discover that it’s only free trial and after the first month they can not use it if don’t buy it.

A PPC ad that say “FREE  Cloak link WordPress plugin”  may well attract a lot of traffic, but once visitors go on the sales page and discover it is no the truth, they can leave the product site.

In these case is better titled the ad “Try 30 days free cloak link WordPress Plugin”. Sure, a lot fewer people will click on the ad, but will be those that not want the product.

Remember, tell the truth, but tell it with style. Sure, when you are telling the truth, you will tend to open up a lot of things, but it’s what customers want.
