Yesterday I announced that I was going to open to guest posting on the3dtechnologies and invite readers to contribute to this blog in exchange for traffic. So, let me explain how do you start…

The reason I’ve decided to open a guest posting to my readers are several. While I’ll get some free content for my blog, there are different benefit for you as contributor. You are able to introduce yourself, and say what are your business, and pick a couple of links back to put on your own guest post to your blog.

I currently have around 3,000 Twitter followers and 3,000 RSS readers who are potential new reader for your post, and I’ve also around 500 unique visitors from search engines and referring sites. So, the main benefit for you is a some backlinks(3 backlinks max) and exposure for you and your blog.

This blog is focused in several topics at different levels, but I prefer the subject about making money online and marketing.

Note: Don’t give me article I’ve covered extensively such as “build a niche store” and however check up my archive to get a feel for what I have already discussed.

However, if you providing some useful and unique information on a subject I’ve already discussed but I have not provided, it doesn’t mean I will automatically reject it.

It’s important for me to know if a post is relevant to my reader before I post it. Thus, don’t send me only an idea, please only submit a complete posts.

  The tool I want to show today is really cool. The guys behind Nmap.org, according to Alexa, have scanned the top 1 million sites on the web, and created a tool that allows to show the result based the favicon graph of each one. The size of each favicon in the graph indicate the traffic each website has.

  I wanted to try the service, so I used the search function, and here the result(look the image above). The only problem with my site is that the service doesn't show my latest favicon, but the favicon of my Frugal theme yet. Maybe has need to be upgraded to get the latest favicon logo.
  
  If you have an Alexa rank below 1,000,000, you are able to identifying the favicon of your website and the websites you know. Also, it allows you to zoom in and out. Through their search box you should be able to find your favicon in a few second.
