With all messages that people receiving on their mail box and do not read, or that are being thrown away by email service providers, is become extremely important providing killer content, and understand how to give our messages the right words of getting attention.
First And Foremost Build Trust
You can get trust by creating quality and unique messages. Most email newsletters I receive are annoying, which makes them no fun to read, so this is the best way to make sure they’re getting your content, don’t get your email end up in spam folders by the email providers.
If you don’t write unique and quality content, and build credibility, never other methods work very well. Thus, here I’ve put a few practical strategies to write your messages in the right way.
Only One Chance
To building a strong relationship with new subscribers the first impression is very important. Is the first thing you need to think when you start an email campaign. Unfortunatly, you have only a chance to establish confidence with your readers. If you fail with new subscribers after the first 10 messages become hard to regain their trust.
Using Personal Message
Recently, I’ve put this brief message in my welcome messages, “Hey, I’m happy to see you here, hope you enjoy the content.” A message like this let your readers to know that you’d love to hear from them.
Defense Against Spam
It known enought that some messages end up in spam folders, only to be trashed later. To resolve this problem you can ask your readers to add you email address to their list of “safe senders”.
All you have to do is to send them a email where tell your subscribers that the next message more likely to get blocked by spam filter, thus, to fix it they should add you to their safe senders list.
I’ve noticed that some readers immediately adding me to their approved senders, other not. In the second case ask a second time.
Check you email messages
When your email use words and phrases that have the most selling power(for example, if you using links that say “download here”), email providers know that you are a savvy marketers know that explicit calls to “download here” to get better results. Then, I reccomend do not use these kind of terms, or you make your content look a little spammier to the filters.
Check Conversion
Make sure people are replies to each message they get. A great help is to use an individual person’s name in the “From” in order to make the email more intimate.
