Today I want to highlight all you need to do to grow your readership and promote a blog post. These methods allow you to getting things going and then letting something organic happen without forcing things.
Here, some 6 tips I use to promote my contents:
1. Using Facebook - Many bloggers have enough successful with this service. It similar to Tweeting a link. Personally, I think this method simple but effective. It’s useful if you want attract other bloggers to getting organic submissions on other social sites.

2. Start a Newsletter – Newsletter is one thing worth building for sure. When it comes time to promote the blog post, and I think my post is of high quality and that the blogger will find it useful, usually I have a ready made list of people to send out an email to let them know about my post.
3. Using Twitter – Make sure when you tweet that the article is relevant to your readers. So, you could get posted on his blog and tweeted the link. This method is effective to grow the traffic sent to your blog. I use TweetDeck to post the link, It only takes a few seconds.
4. Highlight your latest post – I reccomend using different tools to promote your latest post. For instance, I use a plugin called “recent-posts” that allows me to highlight latest 10 post on my blog. You can look the plug-in in action on my right sidebar. Another simple thing you can do is to open an feedburner account in order to let know to your subscribers the recent news without they go on your blog directly on their browser each time.
5. Social bookmarking – Another method I’ve seen a number of bloggers using to increasing their site traffic is to add their post to social bookmarking like Digg, StumbleUpon, Reddit, Delicious, etc. The only downside is that many of these sites penalize a site if it’s submitted by the same person more then one time. Usually, I do shoot a link to another user of these sites in the hope that they’ll submit it for me.
6. Guest Posts -To getting a good link back, you can write a post for others blog. There are bloggers who guest post and tend to add a link to the front page of their blog in the byline.
In my view, these are great tips and I hope will be useful for many of you.
