What really count to have successful online is how high in the search results your pages appear. Choosing how competitive a particular keyword is, become crucial for those want to get visibility on these web pages.
Web marketing is all about search engine ranking, and keyword optimization is a strong online marketing strategy that allows online publishers that their post, or other targeted content can be found by thousand of online readers.
The rule is quite simple: You need to find low competitive key-terms that a potential customer would use when searching for a particular topic. Sure, you can choose high competitive key-terms, but in my experience become hard to keep your article on the top google results for many of time.
If you want that a lot of internet users find your content pages and making those pages show up prominently on search engine page results, is therefore necessary to add the keyword on the headlines and in the overall theme of the content.
Don’t choose too many keywords but answering this question first: What people type when they want to find a specific post in search engines?
How Do I Use The Keyword Tool?

When you write a new blog post, the first thing you need to do is to choose a good title that could rank well in the the search engine results.
For instance, imagine you are writing an article about how to increase your site traffic. First and foremost, think to a possible combination of key phrase that people could use to find that topic. For instance, a regular google users could have in mind, then type one of these three headlines:
- How to increase your site traffic?
- Best way to increase your website traffic.
- The 5 secrets to grow online site traffic.
These three phrases are a good examples of possible titles for your article. Each of these three phrases includes a combination of different key terms:
- increase, site, traffic
- increase, website, traffic
- grow, site, traffic
For instance, if you choose the third combination of keywords, “grow, site, traffic”, you could do a quick research on Google by typing these keywords to see which are the first ten blog that use them, and take inspiration. Then, using a keyword tool you can use the keyword that those sites use on their title to see if you find other related keywords.
Remember, if competition for those term is high it take too much time to build enough links to rank in the top for that term. Instead choosing term with a decent amount of traffic, and has little enough competition.
To find out who is using those keyword in their title and also has some links pointing to that page with this particular anchor text, type the following in the search box, allinanchor:”Search Engine Ranking Optimization”. Of course, replacing “Search Engine Ranking Optimization” with your keyword.
At this point you need to find other keywords for your content. Of course, within the content you need to add more target keyword that you’re hoping will get indexed highly by Google.
Start with a keyword tool. It will show you what terms people are actually searching for. These keywords will need to be included withing your article as well, in outbound links, keywords in bold tags, keywords in heading tags(generally H1 tags are important than H2, H3, H4 tag).
Keyword in meta tags seem to be less important right now but many still use them to optimizing their content with search engines. I reccomend to do not getting your keyword density up to 20% that is the value reccomended by SEO expert.
