9 Ways To Get Inspired To Write When You Feeling Stuck
1. Looking At Magazine Covers - There’s an old saying that to write a lot, you need to read a lot. Some of the most famous magazines like TIME and National Geographic have most creative people in the world. So, why not use them to take inspiration for your work?
For instance, when I need to find a great idea for an headline that grab people attention, I usually go to the bookstore and read all of the covers. This method works best if you pick magazines no related to your blog or site topic.
2. Talk To Your Readers - Speak with someone that post, or chat every day. One of the easiest ways to get inspired to write is to talk with others that have written or talk on the topic. If you’re writing about money, talk about money, and so on. This has come in extremely handy for me to find piles of good content.
3. Read Your favorite Author - Do yuo have a favorite author? I have several, and whenever I’m feeling stuck, I use them as source of inspiration. So I keep their work handy for when I need it.
Retyping the words of another author. After retyped a paragraph, usually I find an idea for a new post. It sounds weird I know, but It teaches your mind how they do it.
4. Browse Openings - Often finding a opening sentence is more hard than writing a whole post. Once you have a general idea for a post or a subject for a post, browse through the archives of blog in your niche or here at the3dtechnologies and take inspiration from the opening sentence of every post.
5. Listening Music - I often listen classic music while I write a new post. It work for me, and if that works for me, it could work well for you. Personally, I listen the music for 20-30 minuts before I write, until an idea come in my mind, then I turn off the music to start writing.
6. Grab moments to write whenever you can – Get out And Away For A While. There is nothing better like go outside for a walk and looking at people, and nature. That are one thing that really spark some interesting ideas on my mind. Personally, I like to walk with my dog. Sometimes just clearing your mind for a minute can get you refocused.
7. Coffe Shop - Some of the greatest ideas for writing come when you’re not writing. One of my favorite trick is go to the coffe shop. I like to go to coffe shops and watch or listen people. in this case I always have a pen and pad at the ready. This trick spark thousand of new ideas for blog post.
