If you have a blog will happen to you to copy and paste links from around the web. For instance, while you’re writing you need to add a link to related blog, pages within your site or other pages and so on.
Usually you should go the page, then copy its permalink in order to create the anchor text, and then go back to paste it (or to create the link tag manually, which takes even more time).
However there’s a way that simplify the process called ‘Copy As HTML Link Firefox add-on‘. It does exactly what its name says. Once you highlight the text you want to use as anchor text It lets you copy and paste links with the HTML code included.
Once you paste it you’ll get this result:
<a href=”http://www.domain.com/page-you-wanna-link.htm”>Words you highlighted </a>
I’m using this add-on by month right now and saved me a lot of time. Highly reccomended.
