I remember when I bought my first cell phone, many years ago.

From the time, only expensive handsets had 3G technology, but finally Cingular launched low cost 3G mobile phone lg manufacture.

At first glance it seems like a very simple device, it is not too large (85 x 48 x 23 mm) therefore it can be held confortable.

Compatible with Cingular Video and MobiTV, LG CU400 packs an decent 65k colors 176×220 pixel, VGA camera 640 x 480 pixel and bluetooth 1.2.

With 2-year contract LG CU400 will sell for $29.99 on the 3G markets.

The phone includes a 2.2 inch QVGA and TFT. has integrated 1Gb built-in memory and Memory expansion slot.  LG Shine also has a miny camcorder packed with a 2-megapixel digital camera.
