Ok, it’s time to go find a profitable niche that surely will help you make some buck online. I love Google keyword tool much more than other services out there, because it’s free and let me make quick ketword searches. Here are the search result of keywords I used above.
Through the image we can see “BIKE” and “MOUNTAIN BIKE” getting a 29.9 M and 2.2M monthly searcers. However, this topic is going to be too broad and it is very hard to win the battle with so thousand of competitors sites out there.
Now we have type “BIKE MOUNTAIN REVIEW” which has a good k search per month and enough to keep it interesting and not too broad for our niche site.
Also, I tried get some more results with Keywordspy in order to determine the Cost per click (CPC) of each key term. Here’s the results:
- BIKE – 24.9M monthly searches – $0.77 average cpc
- MOUNTAIN BIKE – 2.2M monthly searches – $0.64 average cpc
- MOUNTAIN BIKE REVIEW – 22k monthly searches – $0.36 average cpc
As you can see in this case the key term “MOUNTAIN BIKE REVIEW” has a value that is almost half of other two. However, if you make more research you can get more high value with the same monthly search visitors.
It Time To Getting Traffic To Your Niche Web Site
If you don’t have traffic to your site, it’s similar to opening a wal-Mart Store in the middle of the desert! No one will find you.
If you want to find relevant traffic for your niche web site, first and foremost you have to choose the exact keyword for your domain site, so you are already ahead in the SEO game. Second, you can make sure your pages are totally optimized to be search engine friendly.
