If we work remotely with our documents, sooner or later the inevitable happens and through contact with our friends or collaborators our documents that initially were stored on ours disk drive they will take to other destinations. Files, images, video, through a easily email attachment they come sent to another PC machines.
At this point, my question are: How us can share files information our without send mail. Which are the possible solution. Then, I started to think about what to do: Answer: Simply don’t use email attachments.
It would be nice if us could access to a PC machine through a remote connection and collaborate with other people as in a team. Fortunately, Google have created a easy program that allow you to work at the same time with more peoples.
Unlike other programs that requires a complete software download, Google Docs is not on your computer, it’s on the internet and allows to shared documents, images and much more. You first need in Google Doc account. All you have to do is enter your mail password and personal informations. Well, now we must understand which is the aim of Google Docs program.
Supposed that you have two articles added into online version and some current drafts right offline. Google Docs lets you rapidly to bring the articles from offline to online version. It does just that, and it’s free.
Once transfered the articles into Google Docs platform, you can clicks on “invite collaborators” button and asking to your collaborators to participate at the job.

Like I mentioned before, this system is the just way to save documents on an unique home where we keep the things we need. Who want to collaborate at the work can make it through internet. While the recent trend has been to share a document using email attachment and send it after to a friend, now you can make all this without that.
