In these last times the lg it has had of the improvements in the development of the technology applied to the laptop.
With the Red Dot Award nomination for “Best Concept Design” for 2006 LG introduces a new concept of laptop that features organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display technology.
The Red Dot Award is one of the three most respected design awards in the world, along with iF Award and IDEA Award. Its design concept award recognizes the inspiration one gives to the industry, while its product design award is given to products currently available on the market.
The question is, why you must replace an LCDs display with the OLEDs (organic light-emitting diodes) screen?
The answer is easy, OLED does not need a bezel, and consumes less electricity.
