Why Small Businesses Fail And What Are The Key To Success

yaro

Today I want to reccomend you to read an interesting article wrote by Yaro Starak titled “Why Small Businesses Fail & How You Can Be One Of The Rare Success Stories“.

As you could understand by reading the headline, in this article Yaro explained why people when they start new businesses fail.

According to Yaro people fail because in general they don’t have enough knowledge. The key to success is to figure what is your purpose, studying what strategies you need to employ, and once you have a list of strategies to apply be enough motivated to working on one at time.

All of your motivation is dependent on your confidence which is dependent by how you explain what you are doing. Remember action brings confidence. Once you start getting results, you will become more confident, and expecially if you want to making money online, confidence allows you to reach a point where all you have to do is add a bit of effort.

Reasons Your Business Will Fail, 3 Online Marketing Mistakes That Will Kill Your Small Business

I always talked about how to increase traffic to your business, get more potential customers, increase your conversion rate, and so on, but today I want to talk about the factors that will kill off your business as well.

Often a business fails due the scared of success and failure, or only because people consider their site or blog like an hobby and don’t how a platform to make money.

Of course we should to add some mistakes, which, fortunately, can be corrected.

So, if you want your business to have successful, watch out for these warning signs. Get them straightened out and you’ll get your business on the road to robust good health.

1. They Doesn’t Choose The Right Niche

A niche is a small but profitable segment of a market suitable for focused attention by a marketer.

So, what is the right niche? Poetry stories are not a right niche. Copywriters are not a right niche. Love stories are not a niche.

Those are all bad niches — and they’re all niche that I’ve seen people try to market to. In my experience as 4 years like affiliate marketers, right marketers are make moeny online, weight loss, dental products, natural supplements, an so on.

2. Not Have A Nice Approach

Through your Twitter and FaceBook contacts, your readers will know more details about you. They’ll know all about your own business which will affect on your success online. There are some things you need to check about your attitude to your own business.

  • When you choose your friend and build your mailing list or Twitter followers you don’t check if they are friends in the same niche or however interested for.
  • When you haven’t upgraded a new product or service for the last months.
  • When you don’t post on daily basis.
  • When you say your business have alot of subscribers but you have only some followers or friend to your account.
  • When you think to make money overnight and you discover that convert reader into customers is more difficult then ever.

3. Not Know About Your Potential Clients

Often happens that readers visit your site, reads some posts and leave it. There’s nothing strange in this, but the fact is that they could forget the domain of your site, and you’ve lost them forever.

There are different way to capture visitors in order to reach them in a second moment. For instance, by installing a subscription form. In this way you can grab visitor details such as their names and email addresses as well.

Of course, creating a strong list of readers is a slow process and It takes both time and effort, but once done you can set up an email newsletter list and offer a valuable free report or ebook in exchange for their details.

Campaignmonitor is a good place where start, and you can build from there. Don’t leave your readers get away from your site. Once you’ve lost a potential customer they’re gone forever, along with every person they may have referred you to.

4. No Take action

People who take action on what they’ve learned are rare. It happened to me too to read a lot of ebooks, listen to teleseminars and watch hours of business videos, and often they don’t give you the step by step necessary to do what really you need to do.

Information is great, but nothing beats taking action. In these year I’ve learned more in my first twelve months of actually running my business and putting myself out there than you will from any number of books, courses and videos.

Easy Requirements To Start An E-commerce Based Business, Reasons Why An E-Commerce Fails

When it comes to make money online, an E-commerce website or webblog give you a great opportunity to build your montly income. However as anything, there are some thing that does e-commerce fail.

If you want to start an E-commerce you need to taking a strategic approach to marketing just as you could do if you open an store in your town, as I can not emphasize enough how the “trust” increase the commission rate as well

If you are a newbie in that subject and you do not want do mistake, here are my top ten reasons why e-commerce fails – Remember to consider these tips!

Top 5 Reasons Why e-Commerce Fails

fail

1. Lack of Strategy – Lack of strategy might bring failure in all affairs of life as in e-commerce as well. You can not think about build an e-commerce website and expect to having success without advertising and promoting it. It’s like to open a Wall-Market in the middle of desert. Nobody will find you.

First at all, you need to drive a lot o traffic into your webpages, and market your product in order to satisfy a particular target audience.

Also, every product or services you sell should address a problem that your potential customers have. Quite often, your customers don’t realize yet that they have this problem.

For instance, my friend Mike developed an antivirus to help bloggers protect their blog from hackers. He knew that blog hacking is a problem many people have, but most bloggers don’t know they’re at risk.

2. Lack of a good User Interface - The main components of user interfaces are concepts communicated through words, or images, etc. Another important factor to consider is navigation, the process of moving through the mental models),

Interaction is another important part for a successful e-commerce web-site and cover, all input-output sequences. And in the end appearance, if your site is nice to the eye of your readers.

Remember to create an user interface that is easy to navigate. Create simple menu structures, Targeted search, and labelled products, in order to can encourage visitors to purchase.

3. Lack of Trust – I want insist to one thing. The question is simple: What kind of help has needed a business online to sell more and more? The answer is very simple. The answer is Trust. When someone has been fooled before, his feelings is that to be exploited. That’s a reason why they are wary about trusting you, and often don’t believe what you sell.

It’s a defense mechanism. So, here why you need to add value in any thing you sell and build trust. Trust and credibility with your customers is important both online and offline.

To grow trust, you must provide security against misuse of information. Using SSL you enables the encryption of sensitive information during online transactions. Also add clearly privacy policies, which will increase trust and credibility in the organisation.

4. Lack of Payment System – Payment system is another point where many people fails. Usually I see on certain blog an ugly Paypal button placed below any products. Nothing more wrong. Why? The reason is simple, not all potential customers have an account with Paypal, so you need to give them the ability to choose the payment system more adapt for them.

Also, with the full page cart you can provide useful information such as product details, tax prices, remove/edit items, and shipping options.

When you choose a Shopping cart software to add to your blog, check up that there are many many elements included within the shopping cart and checkout process. For instance:

  • Product Categories
  • Digital Downloads (MP3s,PDFs)
  • PayPal Gateway
  • Credit Card (POS)
  • Multiple Products
  • Discount Coupon Codes
  • and so on.

That’s the best part. Make sure to having multiple payment methods such as, PayPal, 2CheckOut, MoneyBookers, First Data, credit card (POS), and so on. So you do not risk to lose potential customers that can not pay your product through Paypal.

Last but not least important. When you use a shopping cart system, remember that there’s nothing more annoying to the average consumer than having to fill out an unnecessary amount of input fields in a form. You want the checkout process to be as easy as possible.

5. Lack to organization and personalization –  Screwed up your blog? ok, now your site should provides to your potential customers the opportunity subscribe to blogs via RSS, to sign up for newsletters, and differentiate the product/service offering for various target segments where possible.

Your website should provide a variety of products, prices and styles for different customer segments to increase probability of purchase – just as you would if you have a real store.

Why Write A Business Plan Is Useful

Anyone have a website or blog just a little while, it becomes extremely easy to think that all of the principles of business don’t apply. Well, it’s not so true as it maybe seems, at least if you plan a business model.

Today I want tell you why you need to develop your own business plan. Especially for beginners, I don’t think people totally understan how a specific business model can grow their success.

Usually, business model are used by scammers to sell programs that promise to making rich quickly, but not all have the same success of the top bloggers out there.

However, success isn’t distant but has need of a good plan and much, much work. Sure, you can start a business without plan, but you have less likely to center your own goals.

Bloggers like Yaro Starak has focused his current business efforts on online courses that explain how to start an own sucessful blog. I reccomend to join his program blogmastermind where Yaro explain how he made $5000 a month by blogging.

How To Start A Business Model

There are different ways to start a business model but most people use different methods into the same model based on pay per click advertising, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, etc.

Most of us have a general idea of how start a business model, the most important thing I reccomend is to be as specific as possible. Here, I’ve summarized the three main elements you need to consider when you plan your business model.

1. Content – When you write content, you need to define what’s the purpose of every article, the type of content, “open-ended blogging” or without an “end date”.

2. Traffic - How to build link-back, Are you using text link ads? What kind of traffic you focus on? Make you keyword research? Are you using social media?

3. How to monetize? – Which program you use? Adsense, Kontera, relevant affiliate products, selling a product? Whether you use one of these programs you need to move in different way.

Whether you start without a blogging plan is like make a Rally without know the various stages of the Rally, you have little chance to achieve the goal.

Starting a good blogging model allows you learn any steps necessary to take to build your success. This isn’t a new advice, I know, but if you are a beginners, spending a few moments to write down what your goals is, what your marketing strategy is and any other tips about developing a blogging plan, it simplify your life.

Conclusion

I started the3dtechnologies for fun, that doesn’t mean blogging can’t be fun, but being a beginner, I didn’t have a plan. Now my plan includes different tasks: Each day, I dedicate 6-7 hours, works. During that 6-7 hours I do article writing, forum, social media, commenting, forums, etc.

I think about how much money that I could make from the3dtechnologies.
