A Facebook fan page is like the home page of a website, where all the most important element are put togheter in order to attract people attention.

Often, I hear question about setting up a Facebook fan page, how to get more fans, and how to use Facebook effectively.

Of course, if you think to only increase the Facebook fan number, then you are wrong approach. You need to looking for target fan audience as well.

It is the best way because visitors get interest to your business. The more target fans you have the more chance you have to convert your product or service into sales.

Paid Fans, It Is A Good Choice To Increase Your Audience?

About 2 week ago my friend John has tested a new service called Socialkik. For those do not know it, is a service which let you buy new fan/likes on Facebook, followers on Twitter, and subscribers on Youtube.

Usually, I do not reccomend these kind of services, however my friend wanted to test it because had needed some extra visitors.

So, he bought about 1000 additional likes for his fan page. Once purchased the package, the growth was slowly in the first days but it rapidly grew over the next 2 weeks.

However, some question came into his mind such as, what country visitors are from, and if was target visitors. He made these two simple questions because wanted people who are interested on his fan page too and that can interact with it.

Finally, he decided to try the service and waited to receive all his 1000 likes. After one week he took a look at his stat and saw that he got a growth.

Take a look at the image above to see the growth of users to his fan page. He saw increasing his users number of at least 1000 users in 14 days.

The best part is where his users came from. As you can see from the image below most of the new users come from US(80.59%). He asked to get target audience because he didn’t want 80% to come from another foreign country.

If you look the image below you could notice that the other countries are Philippines, Turkey and so on. My friend did not want to see visitors from country like china or russia, because usually to his services are interested US citizen.

SocialKik doesn’t do spamming. They say these are real users. In a nutshell, they invite users, so will be them that accept or not your invite. Will be them that can like your page or not.

It really hard to find Fan Page where you can find some users do really interact with this page. According to SocialKik users interacting and visiting the page.

Of course, know if these users will turn in leads or buyers it is hard to know. However, is already enough good if that new users do not leave the fan page.

What Motivates Buyers

I like observe the different psychology about how Affiliate Gurus go making sales on the live events. I’ve been to a few seminars and have noticed a difference in them. Most of them are designed to lead to a sales conversion. In these case you don’t pay any fees, or tikets. Speaker make money when a person orders a product sold at the live event.

There are different ways are used by speakers to persuade people to purchase something and applied in different ways at each event. Here, I’ve summarized how they use the selling psychologies at the events. These ideas are universally used for selling in any situation.

There’s plenty of things to learn from a speaker at live event, this is true. The only downside is that most of them, use their hours to sell something to you. They try to stimolate emotional response and get an action, and get the best result in a brief time frame. Usually, their discussions are focusing on what you have to do but not how to do it. They tell you how much money was made as a result of the strategies used rather then give every step needed to reach the goal.

What Motivates Buyers

In general, the common trait between different speakers is that they teaching something. They give a guide, tutorials, etc, on how to do something, so they increasing trust. Trust is the first purpose to reach if you are serious about affiliate marketing and if you want that a sale be made.

Teaching is the best way to get it. This because the most important decision people take to buy a product is based on trust, and people trust when they get what they pay for.

Trust is an emotional condition, and an emotional response that helps lead to more sales is when you help a person learns something new, and empower them to come up with a vision for their future. This is very exciting for them, and  it clear that emotion, specifically excitement, sells! For this people are attracted to make a purchase.

As you can see, teaching and trust and emotion are all interconnected. Teaching leads to trust which is an emotional condition that leads to sales. The first rule of blogging is building trust. You need to become an authority on a subject, and the best way for you to prove your worth is by teaching.

How To Use Content To Convert Visitors Into Buyers

When people come into a website their purposes can be differents: browsing, researching, or buying something. If we consider the third option, one of the ways for you to make money online is to create a web page that will convert visitors into buyers on an affiliate offer, but how to get customers with it?

Unfortunatly, produce high-quality content, it’s not enought. Sure, I’m totally agree that in terms of actual tactics, you need to have something of real to offer (content, product, etc.), but first you need starts with planning, developing a promise and create content with different kind of messages in order to increase your marketing persuasion.

You need to create some strong marketing messages in your content, but they have to be attractive, subtle messages. Raises a problem, tell stories of friends that have the same problem, get your audience into a receptive state of mind and create suspance around your message, and finally launch your recipe.

All you have to do is to create interest by adding persuasive elements to your writing, but not exceed, don’t solve all your readers problems and make their lives easy. For example don’t say “this product is great” or “it’s the better product I saw”, but give just your sincere opinion.

We spend a lot of efford and time to do email marketing, share ours content via social media, but, often it’s not good enough. Professional marketers are great at capturing attention, and creating a commercial relationship. One things I’ve learned from marketers “gurus” is to teach before thinking to sell.

To increasing interest on your message, you need to using a vivid language because if you write weak, boring bullet points, you’re giving the reader an express invitation to leave. Asking yourself if you’re writing a post to think of the reader and if you’re going to be effective.

95% of people get annoyed by contents because the messages is overly sales-intensive, and don’t click the link over the sales page, but, If you build a good content, the landing page doesn’t have as much work to do.
