Blogging is a great means for getting your voice heard on the Net, or to creating a profitable business online. You can blog by telling your life story, experiences, passions, or using it as strong platform to turn potential customers into buyers.
You can customizing your design, adding cool photos as viral videos, and audio as well, to make your blog even better. For newbie, here are some things you need to know about blogging before you get started.
Blogging Is Free(or almost free) – There are many free blog hosting sites on the Net that make blogging really easy. Blogger.com is one of most know FREE blogging platform out there and It will only cost time to build your website because the hosting is free. However it unable to host your own domain name, and there is no guarantee that the free web host is going to be there all the time. If you want to bring your blog at the next level I reccomend to use paid hosting like Bluehost or Hostgator.
There’s no need to pay for a domain name but… – When it comes to pick a paid hosting you also need to have a domain name as well. Using a personal or corporate voice? – What kind of approach you want to take when you start writing your articles? Personal or not? When I started the3dtechnologies I opted for a “company voice” and after a years I switched to a personal voice. Sure, the first choices were all good, but I always throught that my potential customers want to hear the voice of boss, the CEO, not some boring corporate voice.

Post frequently - I known many people running a blog quickly and with too much euphoric. They start writing at least 3 blog post on daily basis and end up to post only one post per month, or worse, many of that people leave their site. Here’s what you can do to start writing frequently for your blog.
- Decide how often you want to post, 2, 3, 4 time per week
- Use one day of your time(for instance sunday) to plan what you want to write during your week.
- Jot some basic points for each post.
You need of new ideas to write a blog - Ok, you’ve running your blog and start writing blog post in a daily basis. Unfortunatly, there comes a time in every blogger life when they’re stuck because they do not find any ideas. Here’s two original things you can do to find new ideas for your blog:
1. Respond to someone on the web and create a constructive response. You might also add links to give real proof of your success. For instance, in my latest post I wrote two intere paragraph based questions two my Facebook frends answere to me.
2. Another ideas for blog posts is to Interview someone. If you’re asking for their advice, specifically ask for their ’3 tips on…’ or ’5 things I know about…’. You can even turn this into a series of interviews with the same theme.

Use photos from Flickr in your blog – As my blogging experience grew, the quality and sophistication of the images improved as well. When it comes to add some cool pictures on my web sites I go on Flickr. The best way is that it is FREE . The only thing to do is to add a little link to the author of the photo when he required it. Other source of photos where the quality of the images is good enough are: iStockphoto, Stock.xchng
Customize your blog layout – There are lots of blog templates that allows you to make your blog stand out in the crowd. Here, there is something for everyone that I have wanted to share to you.
Make money is possible – Cover a lot of different ways to making money. Usually when people thing about making money with a blog, they tend to think about things like Adsense or Chitika. However there are most profitable ways to gain money such as affiliate marketing. In my view is the better ways to make passive income.
